Too Tired to get up early?
Too Cold to train before work?
Too Busy? Too Stressed?
Starting Tommorow? Or on Monday? Or someday Soon?
Just waiting until you are more motivated? Or until you feel ready?
My Advice? Stop Complaining & Get on With It.
Go to bed earlier or splash a shed load of cold water on your face. Put on a jumper and run faster. Be less Busy and more Focussed. Don’t take yourself so Goddamn seriously. Because Tomorrow never comes and there are way too many Mondays ahead to hang around for the next one. Starting something is exactly what will motivate you.
And don’t worry – nobody ever feels truly ready.
So kick the comfort zone to the curb and do 1 thing today you might not want to. 1 thing that you keep saying you are going to. Or 1 thing that will get you even a tiny bit closer to the person you want to be tomorrow.
